EMERGE: Intuitive & Expressive Painting Sessions
$33/per session Dates Vary - Check Calendar There is a profound joy that can come from letting go and creating without fear of judgement. You feel more liberated and your soul can make connections to your inner wisdom. Expressive art can empower you to transform your life and help you discover your deepest desires. This expressive painting group session is designed to help you feel more grounded in the now and emerge more hopeful, more joyful, and more confident. The space is nourishing a free of judgement. We gather with the intent to explore and experiment. Participants release expectations and invite authentic and soul-filled expression using paint to tune into the most intimate voice inside. Seats are limited to keep the group intimate and give time for everyone to share. Register in advance to secure your seat. |
WHAT TO EXPECT
In these sessions, participants use intuitive and expressive painting to unleash the "stuff" that can clog up a life. From past trauma to the day-to-day drama of being a mama, an employee, a sister, a daughter, etc. These sessions are designed to help you rediscover your intuitive voice and reclaim your personal power. We spend time grounding at the start of the session and move into painting with abandon. We are not striving for perfection or finished masterpieces. Instead, we are painting as a way to let go, to surrender, to give in to what the Universe has in store for us.
This is NOT a painting workshop where I teach a painting technique. We use paint as a tool for dialoguing with our own inner child and inner wisdom. Then we share to be seen and witnessed, not to be critiqued. I offer gentle guidance during the session and ask that you trust the process and allow what wants to come forth to emerge on the paper.

WHAT TO BRING
We supply all of the painting supplies you need. We encourage you to dress comfortably and in clothes that you don't mind getting painty. You may also want to bring an apron or smock (we have a few in the studio). You should also bring a journal and pen for short writing prompts before and after. Other than that, we ask that you bring an open heart and mind and the spirit of play!
